Hi! I’m Natasha Bazilevych, Communication trainer and Public Speaking coach, speaker, marathoner, founder, and president at ChangeView Academy.
I help professionals communicate with confidence, clarity, and their own authentic style — whether they’re conquering the fear of public speaking, presenting to international clients, or finding their unique voice as a leader.
With 20+ years of training and coaching experience across 23+ countries, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients — from corporate and government teams in the US to educational institutions in Asia and corporate clients across Europe.
In 2026 I published my first book — The Four Speaking Energies: Unlock Your Natural Power as a Speaker — a framework that helps people stop trying to speak like everyone else and start owning their natural style. It’s the foundation of everything I teach.

I’m an unshakable optimist whose motto is: Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
In 2009 I fulfilled one of my dreams and jumped with a parachute. It wasn’t scary at all, even a little boring.
My brother has a disability (muscular dystrophy). And my main purpose for starting the business was to make money for his treatment.
I was born in the Soviet Union, the city of Murmansk. It’s located north of the Arctic cirlce, 70 miles from the border with Norway.
My favorite food is chocolate and shrimp. Not together, of course. 🙂
I’ve been to 17 countries and 15 American states so far.
I’m a Christian believer and know for a fact: “I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength”!
If you’ve got questions about my faith, don’t hesitate to ask. It’s a part of my identity, but I also respect your beliefs and your opinions.
I dream of impacting the world of education, making it more focused on skill-based learning, unique and individual approach to students, creative solutions.
One of my biggest passions is to empower people all over the world to speak up, stand up for themselves and use their talents to better their countries and the world.
